We Are Born Gifted

Born Gifted is committed to creating a platform and network of resources for neurodivergent children

What We Do

At Born Gifted, we offer a variety of engaging activities, including art workshops and community gallery events, to inspire and uplift children with learning disabilities. Our programs are designed to highlight the unique strengths of each child while fostering creativity, self-expression, and collaboration. In addition to hands-on activities, we host interviews, podcasts, and awareness campaigns to educate the broader community about neurodiversity and advocate for greater inclusion and understanding. Together, we’re making creativity a tool for empowerment, connection, and change.

Our Mission

We are a group of passionate high school students dedicated to empowering children with learning disabilities through the transformative power of creative expression. Our mission is to provide a nurturing space where neurodivergent children can explore their unique talents, build confidence, and connect with others in their community. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and through art, music, and other creative outlets, we aim to unlock their potential and celebrate the diversity of their gifts.

Our goal is to create inclusive programs that not only enrich the lives of the children we serve but also educate the broader community. Through art workshops, galleries, podcasts, and other initiatives, we hope to foster a culture of acceptance and understanding. By connecting families, educators, and professionals, we aim to build a supportive network that helps children with learning disabilities reach their fullest potential and contribute their unique voices to the world.

At Born Gifted, we are committed to making creativity a bridge to opportunity, growth, and empowerment for every child.

Hi this is Aurora, a junior at Sage Hill Sage. It all started back in third grade when I saw a classmate getting bullied for just being “different.” I thought, Can we maybe bridge the gap between the neurodivergent and neurotypical worlds? And what's better than using art, which a lot of people absolutely love so much? Now, in Born Gifted, you will catch me planning events, scribbling to-do lists, and making sure everyone’s got their tasks straight. Join us and let's shake things up with some awesome art!

Diana is a junior at sage hill school. She loves to sing, play cello and play soccer during her free time. In this club, she loves hosting concerts to spread awareness for kids with learning disabilities through music.

  • Founder of Sage Hill Chapter and Co-President

Hi there! This is Sarah and I’m a junior at Sage Hill School. I actually learned to draw before I learned to write, and growing up, I would always draw illustrations of stories I make up in my mind. Art has always been an outlet for my creativity and I want to share this gift with others. In my free time, you will find me walking my dog or in my bed binging Netflix.

  • Vice-President
